GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE OF “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD

1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website of “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “site”) - https://www.sunhome.bg, by users. By using the specified site, users unconditionally agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD is a brokerage and consulting agency registered in the Commercial Register with UIC 208343017, with its registered office and management address: Svilengrad, “Hristo Smirnenski” St., 17, phone: 0894/09 05 03, e-mail: info@sunhome.bg, managed by Kostadin Todorov Valkov.

3. A user of the website is any natural or legal person who has access to and uses the website.
4. The website provides information, data, texts, images, videos, software, and other materials published on the site, related to the activities carried out by “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD.

5./1/ The functionalities of the website allow users to publish advertisements regarding real estate. Publishing is possible after the user provides personal data. Providing the requested personal data by the user will be considered as giving explicit consent for them to be collected and processed by “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy and these General Terms and Conditions. At the discretion of “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD, additional information may be required.

/2/ When a user publishes an advertisement regarding real estate, it is considered that the user automatically - by publishing the advertisement, has given consent for “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD to mediate the conclusion of a transaction regarding the property. The remuneration and other conditions for mediation are determined by an individual contract between the parties.

/3/ By publishing the advertisement, the user grants “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD an unlimited and free license to record, reproduce, and distribute all or part of the advertisement for the purpose of displaying it everywhere on the Internet, including search engines (like Google) and social networks, as well as in any other way. “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD has the right to use the published advertisements and content of the site for conducting marketing and/or advertising activities, as well as any other type of campaigns for presenting and promoting the site.

 6. The information provided on the site is for informational purposes only, does not constitute an invitation or offer by itself, and does not bind “SUN HOME CONSULT” LTD in any way. The latter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

25. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
